The Content of Our Character

One thousand five hundred eighty-three years ago today St. Augustine of Hippo has a dream that the crumbling Roman Empire would become the new City of God in the Catholic Church. Fifty years ago today, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King of Atlanta has a dream that all people would be free; that his own children in the United States would not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.
